Suggestion Tempy fanart as logo

This is an idea taken from Inkbunny. Basically, people can submit fanart for display on the top of the page. It changes every time a person refreshes the page. You could even throw in some of the old designs.

it's the first opinion of one moderator and to be honest what he said is true, like some said here it will turn newbies off the page if there are weired logos on the frontpage, so I really like the idea of having a user setting for it, something like the gbatemp dark theme

If I'm understanding it correctly, he doesn't like the idea of changing images whatsoever.
His proposal was to let the user manually switch out the logo. That would still be static.

I do not support this idea at all. We are taking strides to become more professional and seeing as we aren't deviant art, I would rather not see this.
