Homebrew Freeshop update delete keys?

I opened up Freeshop this morning, and went through an update. When the update was over, there were no applications on the top screen, just a message that said something about there being no keys in folder. I haven't done anything to the SD card, and in the "Downloaded Software" tab, only two items were present. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

Just rescan the qr code on the title keys website redump your legally acquired enctitlekeys.bin.

What basically happened was the directory freeshop uses was moved from 3ds/data/freeshop to 3ds/freeshop, you can just manually move files there.

That shouldn't matter though if he has it set to auto-download title keys.
