It's possible, but I can't think of any reason to downgrade one's sysNAND.

if you already have CFW installed, run the homebrew launcher and then sysupdater then use the update files to downgrade.
but again, why you want to do that?

it is so annoying that when someone ask "how do you uninstall X" or "how do you downgrade" just as a question

they often get attacked by "why would you want to do that" or "theres no point"

if you know how to help them just help them saying those replys offer no help

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

and also its annoying

We ask this so we know what the problem, many problems can be fixed without downgrade to 9.2, some people want to go back to 9.2 so they can use gateway, you can use it if you are on 11.2, this is the only reasonable question to ask for downgrade.

We ask him so we could help him better, there is no annoying or shame for asking questions.

What annoys me is when people don't understand that I'm offering my free time to help others. Instead of wasting the time it would take to go through how to do something that seems to be very unnecessary, I like to check if it's actually what the person needs or wants. Potentially, my time and effort isn't the only time and effort being saved by asking the question.

I also answered OP's question.

Ok, then just simply use sysupdater with the right update files.
How many 3DSs you have? 10? 12?

The fact that you want to downgrade a system's software version demonstrates the arbitrary nature of the software version. Thus, there's no reason to collect consoles "on every firmware."

not doing it for all only ones that i either cant get find anywhere

I can understand collecting different 3DS models, but software versions are irrelevant. This is demonstrated by the ease of which someone can upgrade or downgrade a system. If I were you, I'd install B9S to all of the systems, and I would update them all to 11.6 afterwards.

its the simple fact that you can downgrade/update when ever you want . . . that fact removes any (and all) potential value from collecting all the firmware versions

Some people have really particular "gotta catch em all" habits. Maybe it's unhealthy obsession, but as long as it is hurts no one, maybe that's what he wants? His precious(es).

@Zyvyn you better be making some type of underwraps 3DS exhibit museum open to the general public once it's finished.
