Who is safest (play surely online ) , the .tik method download games from the eshop so it's safest and without risk ban then the .cia method?Because the .tik method is like buy the game from the eshop, no ?

Help me please , thanks

.cia is the actual games that can be installed offline. the .tik allows you to download it from the eshop. the .cia contains the .tik if it was downloaded from nintendo's cdn. So i guess it is a little less work to use a .cia than a .tik

But with .cia and .tick is there any chance that Nintendo ban me or not at 100% for the 2 method
(And it's not a problem that one is harder or longer to do than the other)

There is a chance of you getting banned, but is little to none, if you deactivate SpotPass and the "what i'm playing" option on 3DS, you're pretty much fine. Use .cia, it's far more convenient and easy to use.

oh and don't play USUM pirated online at all rumor has it update 1.2 can detect pirated copies and you'll get banned (either that or it allows them to detect your firmware if it's cfw or ofw

Ok thanks, everybody ! but USUM is If I download the game before his release date ?
If you download and play any game before the release date, you will get banned, but in the case of USUM, the 1.2 update apparently has some kind of code that detects if your device has a custom CFW and bans you for it.
