ROM Hack Emulator Midnight Club Los Angeles: Content restoration and traffic remvoal

I restored 2 leftover cars the first one being the audi R8 which was locked behind a shutdowned rockstar service and the Nissan Skyline R35 GTR made by Supertype1
Thanks to OXM0DD3RS RPFTOOL,i could succesfully get rid of all the traffic (which took me alot of digging and coding) in the game for better perfomance stability and more arcadey and balanced races.

Im not sharing it here because of rules tough its somehwere on internet archive

Is it an iso, or patch, that you have concocted?
