Hi, i bought wwe 2k18 from Switzerland eshop but the game is a mess and nintendo denied me the refund so if i claim the payment with the bank the account will get banned but the console will get banned too?
It isn't illegal in most places. Only certain countries have strict refund laws that would prohibit nintendo from doing this. In the US you don't have to even offer refundsNintendo are breaking the law when it comes to refund for digital content. Right? It's some sketchy-ass shit! You can't get a refund no matter what you do. I'll just steal their shit then.
Don't be a penis.Next time read the terms and conditions before buying stuff online.... its your own fault so stop bitching about it.

Yes i know, but if they sell me a game literally unplayable.... Maybe they can do an exceptionNext time read the terms and conditions before buying stuff online.... its your own fault so stop bitching about it.
But it isn't "literally unplayable". That's literally an incorrect use of the word literally.Yes i know, but if they sell me a game literally unplayable.... Maybe they can do an exception
Quoting IGN's review, it really does seem somewhat unplayable lolDefine unplayable. What makes the game unplayable?
Unplayable means there is no way to play or even finish the game, if the game is bad cause you don't enjoy it or there huge gaping flaws that is different than unplayable.
I suppose this should just serve as a lesson to check out your games before you drop money on them. Better to accept the damage done at this point and try to move past it.IGN Review said:WWE 2K18 for the Switch wasn't ready to be released, plain and simple. The degree of slowdown in any match type with more than two people in the ring at the same time is simply unacceptable. Add onto that the weird audio glitches and an overall lack of polish, and the underwhelming single-player modes that impact all versions of WWE 2K18, and you have a Switch port that even the biggest of wrestling fans should stay far away from.
Well because I never play those games, I cannot say. But I mean unplayable is a important word. Such with any person making a case, they need to provide reasons to support their claim. If I think a game is unplayable, it means that more than half the players casual or experienced who try the game will be unable to do much let alone play it as intended.Quoting IGN's review, it really does seem somewhat unplayable lol
Nintendo at least told me that i need to talk with 2k for somethingQuoting IGN's review, it really does seem somewhat unplayable lol

Did you need a SD card to download the game? What size do you have?I stand by all my purchases. I bought RE Revelations 2 to play co-op with my brother. Then he says he's not that interested and I decided to try for a refund to see what would happen. I hadn't even finished the download. I cancelled it and deleted the game. I had no hopes after my first experience with Snake Pass. There was no refund. I learned my lesson there and then early on. I expected something like with Steam or Origin where they don't ask any questions but Nintendoes what they don't so beware I guess. My brother got the game soon after and we enjoyed raid mode for about an hour before he got bored of the "repeating levels". Now I'm enjoying it alone.
