I think there is a 5.03 exploit, but it's private. They'll probably wait a year to release it, like what happened with 4.05. Let's hope not though.

The only exploits that that have yet to release are for fw 4.55, fw 5.01 and 5.03.
And seeing how the PS4 scene works rn, I believe that we still have to wait quite some time (end of this year maybe?, just baseless speculation) for the 4.55 exploit to release, and when that exploit releases, we will have to wait even more time until 5.01 exploit releases and so on until Sony ends up patching all

well considering that if the exploits are all released then sony will patch the higher firmware harder than before, then it will just be like the ps vita all over again.

Let's hope it's just a matter of time. I don't know much about this particular hacking scene, but do you think that they'll really release something for 4.55 or they would keep it private untill the PS4 endlife?

Be patient. They still have private exploit for 5.00 and 5.01 but they aren't say anything just yet. Be happy with 4.05 exploit for now.

You do realize that they've released stuff for 1.76 and 4.05 and the PS4 isn't on it's EOL right?
I'm pretty sure the 4.55 exploit will come at least this year or by the beginning of 2019 (again, baseless speculation with no solid evidence)

i would say ... u re wrong because look at the 1.7 exploit and the 4.05 ... the release gap was not even a whole year.. or am i wrong?
i guess they will release the 5.0 because it got patched... didnt it?

Maybe they are going to wait for sony to release a higher 5.xx to 6.xx updates on the ps4 before they release anymore. Then again sometimes they release it anyways.

It could be various things, such as:
A)Implementation of the exploit
B)Fixing bugs and making it user-friendly
