Does anyone know if the darker colors in GB/GBC VC games are from the ROM or the emulator?
It's a line in a file inside the emulator. This injector creates a CIA file without the dark filter, but if you plan is to remove the dark filter of the Official Yellow CIA then this won't help you. The generated CIA will not be recognized in the Poke Bank.

Why not Yellow?

Can I edit my existing games I bought off the eShop or do I need to inject new ones?
You can. Grab the official Yellow CIA (DON'T ASK FOR IT HERE) and follow this tutorial: http://gbatemp.net/index.php?threads/383055/

Extract the CIA, find the config.ini file inside the RomFS folder and open it as a text file. Find DarkEnable0 = 1 and replace it with DarkEnable0 = 0 and save the file.

Then rebuild the CIA using the same tutorial and reinstall it on the 3ds (backup your save first with JKSM).

Hi,
I just wanted to know if the Wireless Link Patch for Gameboy Color games work in your NSUI, because I used Pokemon Trading Card Game and it doesn't work or I don't know how to use it

Hey quick question, is there any reason that some games made with this allow me to use the X button as start and others dont? I would really like to be able to use X as start in my GBC games if this possible which setting to I need to hit?

X didn't act as start until Gen 3. You need to apply a patch if you want that feature in GB(C) games.

Pokemon Crystal Japan won't work, i'm tryed 3 sources, boot, show the no restoration points screen but after "initializing save data", my modded b9s 1.3+Luma 8.1.1 crash with error and tap any button to reboot screen

Any clue?

It says "invalid folder" for no reason. Below is the debug message.

EDIT: v1.09 worked for me, but it doesn't save the VC icon image that I placed. Also there seemed to be issues with banner images too (with visible borders).

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

EDIT: v1.09 worked for me.
this was an actual rip or a hacked/translated version?
I had problems trying to make with bootlegs and fan translations too

It's an original rip. Nothing is modified.
V1.09 actually works...Somewhat. But it doesn't save the icon image that I placed.

Curious. Does anyone know of if you take and extract a dragon quest monsters 2 - cobi's journey save with JKSM. It makes a rst1.dat rst2.dat and sav.dat. I think the sav is a flash save seeing as visual boy advance reads the file off of that option. Is this just a process of playing as I want on VBA and exporting the file as a flash save file or is there something more to it? I ask as I keep getting a game file corrupt message on doing this.

I got n3ds xl us. 11.6fw luma 7.1

Just did this to transfer my save of pokemon prism over to retroarch so I can use fastforwarding. I was using the gambatte core on my 3DS. Try using retroarch and a core that supports GBC games. All i did was rename the .sav to .srm

Also update your damn luma firmware.

I've tried harry potter games for a couple of hours and they run pretty good except for minor sound issues. Door opening sound effect to be exact. Could you make a fix for this issue?

That's like trying to ask a car salesman to fix your transmission. He can't fix it since he isn't the person developing the emulator (not even an emulator, the games run natively on the AGB_FIRM), he just develops the injectors to make the roms into packages that show up on the home menu. Try using the same rom in a very accurate emulator (mGBA or higan) and see if the problem still occurs, if not then get a different rom dump.

You can fix this error sound with new VC inject and put samplesound in 1 ...
(Door harry potter)
