Nope...

IDPS dumper is for getting your IDPS.
What you need is a Flash dumper + writer, which is still being worked ATM.

cool, what can I do with an idps dumper at this moment in time?
can I install backups? my ps4 won't read disks because the disk drive is broke and I was hoping to get back into persona 5 on the ps3...

This IDPS dumper is mainly useful for unbanning other modded/banned PS3s using the not-banned OFW PS3's IDPS.
IIRC it can also be useful for injecting PKGs into hard drive backups through PeXploit. Though you still can't launch DRM (paid-for) PKGs.

Updated my PS3 to FW4.82. Now I'm trying to dump IDPS (to test the exploit). A popup confirms, that my PS3 (Phat, GXX) is compatible. But if I try to dump the IDPS, the page continuously reload itself. So what's wrong here?
