Please, I'm not talking about the files. I'm talking about the physical micro SD card. Did you insert the physical micro sd card into the 2ds or did you insert it into the flashcart?

Judging from what you keep saying, it sounds like it's in the flashcart. If it is, take the physical micro sd card out and put it into the sd slot of the 2ds.
(if anyone can explain this better, be my guest.)

Your card looks good. Make sure you are holding Start+Select+X BEFORE you hit the power button.... Also on 2DS/O3DS you may have to press pretty hard on the start/select buttons to make them register as being pressed.

Still doesn't want to load when it off in sleep mode this is really difficult to do on the 2ds
