Reminds me of the tie in Daimond where I got a Shiny Gyarados while EV Training a Drapion's ATK
In Diamond and Pearl, Lake Verity had a greatly increased chance for shiny Gyarados until you met the first one and then it would go back to normal. It was hinted by that "documentary" when you start the game. I think it was 1/512 or so...
Bilssey has fling so if you use skill swap and bestow on a exeggcutor with a leppa berry you can grind for as long as you want and it wil heal its own pp ans your pokemons pp as well
Lots of things get Fling, not just Blissey. Switcheroo and Trick work just as well too, plus, they don't require the wild mon to not be holding an item.
Its pretty much the best way to grind in usum you don't need to focus much on the game

A day, but you get 30K experience on each of your 18 mons without even needing to play the game, perfect if you need to do stuff and can't play for a while! Also, E4 and killing mons in the area before the Battle Tree both get you WAY more exp than Exeggutors.

If I'm right, Nintendo does not retrieve entire activity log, only actual game been played or last one played if any are running at the moment online is established, and one can change a 3DS time and date at will.
The important thing to not be banned is to have had not gone online until today.
