Hello!
I have never tried before but, does anyone know if we can run the ntrboothax with an nds forwarder such as TWLoader?

No, ntrboothax runs during bootrom execution, long before home menu loads.
Even if you could, there would be no reason since you would have arm9/b9s access anyway if you could launch twloader.
