Then be that way. There aren't any services that are going to install CFW for you. Either do it yourself or don't do it at all.

It's running at least 11.4, since all n2DSXLs shipped with that (at first).

Find any tech geek that lives around you, they could do it as a fun time killer

if you read the guide, you would find it's very simple. if you can't read it over and do it yourself, it sounds like you're not the kind of person who should be messing with their system and custom firmware.

What part of the US? I install CFW for free (Tips encouraged, cause yes it does take me time) you just have to pay shipping both ways. It's like $3.80 standard one way....

But it is so easy now. It made sense to pay people to do hardmods, as they require very special skills and dedicated equipment, and the risks are high. Ntrboot on the other hand is so easy, with no risk, and the only requirements are that you understand one of the languages the guide is translated in and you have an IQ over 40
