I'm injecting the games with the USB Loader method (I download the ISO and then inject it with the Helper).

When I open the game after using Mocha it says something like: This game is compatible with your Gamepad. I accept but then, during the game, I cannot switch from the Gamepad controls to my Wii U Pro Controller. I have tried the sync story and stuff, but it won't work. My Wii U Pro controller is official.

Since my games are installed in an USB with other Wii U games, the Nintendont application won't read the USB, so I cannot open the games by entering Nintendont and then choosing the game in my USB. I open the games directly from my Wii U menu after using Mocha.

I would love to use my Wii U Pro Controller. I feel really clumsy using the Gamepad.

Connect your Pro controller first
When asked to use gamepad, press no
then, point your wiimote to TV to proceed (you have a wiimote don't you?)
Now you can play Gamecube using Pro controller

I did this, but the commands in my pro controller go crazy. I'm using Nintendont via USB Helper as well.

is the controller a fake? the fake ones have a slightly smaller box, and the dpad feels very different. there are probably other differences.

To whoever this may help:

- Launch the Nintendont Forwarder on the Wii U menu
- Say that yes, you want to use the Gamepad
- Move the Gamepad away from the reach of the Wii U system while it's loading Nintendont, before the Wii logo appears on the Gamepad screen
- With the Gamepad out of reach, use the Pro Controller to pick a game until it's open and the Pro Controller gets assigned as Player 1

It's clumsy, but it works. That way the Wii U Pro Controller can be used as Player 1 and you don't need Wiimotes to start the software. If you try to use the Gamepad after that you'll just get the usual "This software is not compatible Wii games blah blah blah". You cannot use the Gamepad either as Player 1 or Player 2 once the software has started if you're using this method.
