3 ds emulator for PC

Someday.... I try to use citra emulator because I dont have 3 ds. But I can't play 3 ds game with 3 ds rom please help!!,

You will need to decrypt the game using a hacked 3ds with (the most difficult, but recommended) a9lh and hourglass or decrypt9 or (not recommended) braindump. So, you don't have the 3ds, you must find the .3ds file decrypted from some warez site or you can't play it.
