Hardware Inside my 2DS screen...

So inside of my o2DS is this lines:

I think some kind of magical dust get inside space of the upper screen and came with extra big trash, 'cause the is a lot of dust... and also the lines.

So... am I screwed?

Here in Mexico is pretty dificult to get a 2DS case...
I truly want one, but neither a generic one is easy to get. I will try to get one, the same day when I take my 2DS to clean.
But about the lines... are they scratches?
