I wanted to install a font to system memory instead of the SD card.

you could potentially brick your system, but it could be done with Godmode9. I wouldn't try, and I'm hard-modded on top of b9s and everything else... too much headache for... WHAT gain?

Either way, things like that that are meant to install to the nand, will install to the nand.

Like a custom font? I can help with that. You need font converter from the sdk, and astronaut level's FontTool.

Well, do you know how to get working button symbols in a custom font? I'd assume it'd be as simple as taking the stock font, and replacing all the letters and numbers but none of the symbols, but maybe it's different. This is the font pack, and could you add button symbols to Sergoe UI Bold? I do not know how to obtain this "CTR SDK."
Also, are there any advantages of DevMenu over FBI?

Oh, I'm not sure, you may want to ask @RosaliinaDaHacker64. We can't link to the sdk, but google should help.

give me a break. VMs are a dime a dozen, so ANY OS can be run from within any other OS. Maybe a poor solution for gaming, but certainly good enough to use developer tools, even with free VM software.

Yeah, I've tried, but anything with file input/output has extreme issues, anything using drives besides the main disk doesn't work at all, and anything for downloading (like 3DNUS or NUSD) crashes immediately. But I suppose a VM would be a lot better.

What? I don't understand. If you want to inject FBI into H&S, you can boot into GM9, select the FBI CIA, press A to select it, and then select, "Inject into H&S"

injecting is obsolete. Load fbi.3dsx via Rosalina->HBL then use it to install FBI.cia.

Not obsolete if it still works correctly, I'd consider it an alternative; especially considering the compatibility issues with .3dsx apps and Rosalina.

Haha! You're funny. You can't cry about compatibility for old ass apps that aren't updated to take advantage of newer features. True compatability issues are from H&S (so your argument pretty much backfires in your face). That's why you need to use something with ACTUAL permissions, such as download play, to launch HBL with rosalina. And since the whole point was to use it to install the FBI.cia... what exactly is your argument again?
