Just used the new Hackchi to add 68 SNES roms. Games seem to work fine . One issue.. When I turn the power button to off I get a C8 error. I then have to turn SNES mini back on then off right away and it goes into it's normal shut down. Anyone else? Any way to fix it? I saved my original kernal so if I have to flash it back to stock that isnt an issue.

thanks!
Without folder max 60 Games!
When 61 or more it Bring c8 when you shut it down.
Or use folders!

Thanks for the new release Cluster.

Anyone know if there is a compatiblity list for snes games witht the default emulator?

What roms are people using? I've downloaded a bunch ending in .sfc but none of them want to add themselves to Hakchi 2.2. I'm not even sure how I can find them in other formats.

when you add games should the original one's box be checked or not. Should it ever be checked when adding or syncing games? How do you edit the one or two player settings for each game? Can you do it after they are installed? Do you do it before/while you're installing? How do you delete selective games once they are loaded? Great work, great tool, love it!
I'm DYING to get started, help a new user out?

anyone load mighty morphin power rangers fighting edition to there snes mini an have it roll the bottom over the top

Are These Rom PAL?
When yes convert to NTSC because the Mini snes is antsc console!

thank you so much!!! Will re-flash original and start over.

Yeah i will just split them into 2 folders. TY!

okay so im a bit frustrated, got 2.20 hakchi setup, dumped my kernel, dropped games into hakchi folder, everything is showing up in hakchi, loaded games onto the snes mini, they show up with boxart but when i boot them up nothing seems to happen, no error, it just goes back to the menu with all the games. any suggestions?
You dumped kernel. Did you then flash custom kernel?

Quick little Q: where can you find the /dump directory with the non-portable version? Need to move my original kernel over which can't be found online.

Yesterday I change headers of Zelda and Secret of Mana using CTRL ALT E and the code provide by cluster (RC5 version).
Zelda (patched) works great, but SoM (also patched) had some glitch with some menù text.

Does anybody had this glitch with Translated version? Did you try with other headers?

I guess si the last way, before to use retroarch (I should lire to use internal emulator).

P.S. A special thanks to Cluster that transformed again a mini console in a Perfect mini console!

The only bug I’ve experienced so far is with Lamborghini American Challenge. The game sounds start to get slower, just like a discman running out of batteries does and then boom! It gets extra fast to “catch up” with the game.

Original 21 ROMs that include battery saves include an icon on the main menu of a cartridge with pencil. Can there be a setting in the future to add that to added games that have battery saves?

Edit: It looks like from some videos, the icon appears sometimes.

Love Hakchi, amazing little tool! However, 7zip compression isn't ideal (for me) at least. I'm designing a Compression system FOR Hakchi, that will better cater to the type of data being stored in *Cough* Roms *Cough*, @Cluster if you're interested in implementing it when it's done let me know mate.

I love compression, not saying i'll definitely get it, depends how much I can compress, from my testing there's TONS of data I can compress down, but won't know more until I get a bit further in development with it. My end goal is to get nearly all/if not all the games available to fit in the storage of the SNES Classic.

I've compressed 8K *.BMP Photos down to bytes before, so I'm sure I can get some sort of results that will be at least better than the current used.
Don't take what I'm saying as a bad thing, I just want to help make Hakchi an even better program.

But back to coding, if any of you guys are interested in the progress follow my twitter, but I'll post here (if allowed anymore) on the progress.
Twitter is @N1warhead

Take care guys.
David.
