Hacking I deleted FBI how do I get it back?

Rosalina isn't working either.

Download the 3dsx and CIA files for FBI from here.

Put the 3dsx file in your 3ds folder. Put the CIA file in your cias folder.

Launch the HBL and select FBI.

Once in FBI, select SDCARD, then cias, then FBI and choose install.

Done. You now can access FBI from both the HBL and Home Menu.

I don't have hombrew launcher.

Put the Homebrew Launcher boot.3dsx onto the root of your SD card. With that, you can use Rosalina to run it. Once your launched the Homebrew Launcher, you can launch the FBI 3dsx in order to install CIA files, like the FBI CIA file.

If you haven't already done so, delete boot.3dsx from your SD card, redownload it here, put it on the root of your SD card, and retry.

This worked and I was able to use FBI. Thanks so much for your help.
