  1. If you have already restored the original PS3 gameboot by installing it into dev_rebug, can you disable it by removing the gameboot files?
  2. When I converted a NTSC PSX ISO to PS1 Classic format (WITHOUT RETROXMB; I USED THIS TUTORIAL), it ran at 50Hz. Another PS1 Classic that I made from a PAL PSX ISO ran perfectly fine. How can I fix this?
 
1. I wouldn't recommend deleting flash files especially the system boot files (The PS3 logo) it could result in blue screen of death. You can only install the original or others, not removing though unless you replace it with a blank version (would still make you wait though at the beginning.)

I don't know the answer to 2 hopefully someone else can help you with that.

Oh. I meant to say "replace the files with the original", not "remove them".
