Hacking how to find this programs??

i'm not asking for a direct link for download. i need some advice how to find those programs.

Actually, even homebrew is copyrighted and not shareable unless the dev gives permission.

Sure, but unless the dev specifically says not to share it, I don't think they would care and neither should anyone else.

Why not just use the homebrew CDN-FX? It's basically the same thing at least as far as icon retriever and can build CIA files if you have the Title Keys (If it's a new app/game you just need the seed to use it).

Also both of these programs are 100% from the Nintendo Developer SDK packs so they can't be shared. It's completely free to sign up for the development portal and get any and all SDK apps/programs yourself.

I couldn't tell you the specific one since I'm not sure. Just read through them, the contents etc. until you find the one you need.
