You mean a rechargeable Wiimote battery?
Be careful which one you use.
Almost every single one I've seen has actually been using AAA batteries, they will give 6-8 hours of play time in a Wiimote which is enough to be useful, but in a GBA you'd be lucky to get much more than 2 hours.
By comparison AAs give 8-10+ hours of battery life in a GBA.
The only one I've seen that used AAs was an Energizer one I got not long after the Wii launch.
But the Energizer Wii U gamepad + 2x Wiimote charger dock I have now uses AAAs.
Look at the battery you have and if it states a mAh rating on it anywhere (it should). AAs have 2000-3000mAh per battery. AAAs only have 600-800.

Rather than trying to make a Wiimote rechargeable battery pack fit (which will not be easy if it's using AAs, the AA based battery packs are actually a little large and they barely fit in my Wiimotes, which is probably why everyone else used AAAs), I suggest just getting some Eneloop rechargeable AA batteries, they're much better quality than the ones used in any of the battery packs, they barely self-discharge over time so you can leave them in the GBA for years and they will still have charge, regular NiMH rechargeables will self-discharge in a matter of weeks.
Just have a couple of pairs (or more if you like) and use one while you're charging the other.
I can also recommend Eneloops for anything else you have that uses AAs or AAAs, they even work great in remotes because they hardly self-discharge, but I wouldn't really recommend them for those because remotes last so long on cheapo alkaline batteries anyway, it's better to save the Eneloops for something that will need recharging more often.

Even with a Wiimote battery, you won't be able to just drop your GBA in, they're made after the Wiimote shape.
I think it would be better to look for a rechargeable GBA battery with dock.

not what i meant (also i have a pouch already for the games)
just stealing your thread about asking for a 3d case for the gba cartridges...
i really need something like that.. the closest thing i could find was using a NES cartridge protector...
