Homebrew freeshop crash upon press start to exit?

when ever i try to set a file to download later it crashed to this when i press start? i didnt used to do that before.. any suggestions?

i just did some reading... and it looks like my 3ds updated to 11.5.0-38u. could be the problem, according to reddit/3dshacks wiki... can someone confirm?
