Homebrew Why without sd card, b9s crash?

When I try to launch my 3ds without boot9strap I can't launch it and before b9s I can, what is the problem and do we have solution?

Oh and no I have test now but my 3ds don't turn off I just can't open it if I don't put the sd card

Hold Select on boot up (with SD). What version of Luma does it say? If 7.1 then follow https://3ds.guide/updating-b9s and make sure to follow the steps that copy the boot.firm to the CTR-NAND.

nope its luma 8.1

Follow the section of https://3ds.guide/finalizing-setup that has you copy boot.firm to CTR-NAND. There seems to be something wrong with the copy you have in yours.
