i am dead but i am alive. how can that be? my heart stopped beating but my brain keeps functioning. my brain stops functioning but my heart keeps beating. i can feel my blood flow but i also can't feel my blood flow. how can that be? i can see the light but its also eternally dark. i am surrounded by people but i am alone. my wavering vision blurs as i gasp for the air. i can feel my lungs gasping for the fresh clean air. my heart is gone but my brain is still here. my brain is gone but my heart is still here. blood still moving from artery to artery but i cannot move. i am frozen in time half dead and half alive. how can that be? a hand reaches down for me while many hands drags me away. what could all this mean what could all this mean? im going crazy but how can i be crazy when i am not alive? how can i not be alive when i am alive?

reminds me this episode in lost girl with that crazy man talking about a necromancer witch

"DEAD AND ALIVE! DEAD AND ALIVE! SHE IS DEAD AND ALIVE!
THEY WERE THREE BUT ONLY ONE SURVIVED BECAUSE SHE IS DEAD AND ALIVE!
DEAD AND ALIVE! SHE IS DEAD AND ALIVE!"

Congrats, you are undead.

Like;
- Zombies
- Revenants
- Vampires
- Aptrgangr

Either that or you are possessed by an incubus, in the rare case it actually inhabits a dead body to engage in human relationships.

Cotard's syndrome/Cotard's delusion.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2695744/

PMCID: PMC2695744 linked above said:
Cotard’s syndrome is a relatively rare condition that was first described by Dr. Jules Cotard in 1882. Cotard’s syndrome comprises any one of a series of delusions that range from a belief that one has lost organs, blood, or body parts to insisting that one has lost one’s soul or is dead.1

Cases have been reported in patients with mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and medical conditions. Most cases of Cotard’s are more responsive to electroconvulsive treatment (ECT) than to pharmacological treatment. We present the case of a recent immigrant with Cotard’s syndrome, in the context of depression, to illustrate both how impairing the condition can be and how a course of effective, individualized therapy can improve outcome.
