Homebrew Is it impossible to mod 11.4 new3ds?

I only have one new3ds, and one old3ds that has been modded. Looking over the guide on 3ds.guide it was saying that I need two new3dses, but I don't have that. Is there any way to mod the new3ds on 11.4 without having a second 3ds...? I'm ok with buying any games needed for the hacks but I don't know...
I'm planning on getting a bigger microsd card but i only am getting it if I know it's possible in some way for me to mod my new3ds. I really want to use the ntr streaming with it.

You don't need two N3DSes specifically.. You can perform the DSiWare method with what you have. Just follow the guide very closely, make sure you read everything, and you'll turn out fine.

I might be missing it, but can you lead me to the guide where I don't need 2 3dses?
I keep finding things on 3ds guide saying 2 are needed.

You do need two 3DS family systems, but they don't have to both be N3DSes.
You said in your post that you had an N3DS and a hacked O3DS, you can use those to hack your New 3DS...
