The data on the titlekey site is available in multiple formats. FreeShop uses the binary "enctitlekeys" (Contains JUST the title keys). CIAngel uses the text-based "json_enc", which alongside the title key itself, also contains the game name, serial number, and other data.

FreeShop combines the raw binary data with an externally built cache to generate its list of results. So FreeShop is delayed by as long as it takes the cache to be updated.

FreeShop depends on the cache. It has to be in the database AND the cache to show up in freeShop, in CIAngel it only has to be in the database.

But on that title key site I see Ever Oasis on the database, but I can't find it in the freeshop on my 3ds.
I'm on cache r59 is that the last one?
Becease I got the same cache r59 version on Freeshop 2.0.

But live is busy and I just got back off 3 weeks vacation from USA
Yesterday I updated my 3ds to Luma 8.1, B9S 1.2 and 11.4.
Still I was using Freeshop 2.0 at that point, a hour ago I find out there was version Freeshop 3.1.2.
For reason now freeshop don't want to remmember title key URL....

Since you were absent, make sure that you have updated the title keys site URL. The original domain was taken down some time ago and they updated to a new one that I can't share here
I don't know if this was your initial problem, but regards freeshop don't saving you title keys URL, KunoichiZ was having this same issue 1 or 2 pages ago and she just needed to close freeshop for it to save. Maybe that't that

Once you've changed the url in the update part. Instead of refreshing the cache, 0ress the home button and then close it down. It should now of saved the changes for you.

Yellow and green mean dlc/updates are available, not sure what black is.

Take old URL. Replace https:// with http:// and replace .com with .gq. You should now have http://<titlekeyssite>.gq, replacing <titlekeyssite> with the actual site name.

I tried typing it but it says invalid.

Whenever I try entering the new URL it keeps telling me http status 404 or invalid URL. I'm still on an old update could that be it?

404 is a common error meaning "What?", basically it can't find what you set. You set the URL wrong.

I think so. I figured it out the typo but now it's just telling me invalid URL.
