Download the last JKSV. i tried sometime extract a DS Save with JKSV and worked.
Have you tried with Action Replay DSi?
I think there's no way because the game have bad checksum from the save...

JKSV works only with 3DS games, I've already tried on DS and didn't worked. Also I'm not planning to buy and additional hardwars just for that bootleg. Original DS games work perfectly fine.

Boot up Godmode9, navigate to [C:] Gamecart and copy your .sav to your SDCard

Yeah, it was outdated. Anyway, I managed to navigate to C:gamecart but i don't see any option for save file. I have 2 different files on it, Pokemon PL_CPUE01_01.nds and Pokemon PL_CPUE01_01.trim.nds.

I might check that trim file tho...

Nope, just tried it and trim isnt containing save file. Also I have same files on the original cartridges. How do I navigate then to the save file?

Test the ROM in an emulator, to see if it contains the save. If not, then you might just be out of luck.
Of course, you could always trade whatever Pokemon you really want to keep to another game.

I tried to test it and there was no save file... I wanted to edit game so I can access missing legendary pokemons. But I guess I can do it with trading

@Virdoo , sorry for reviving this post, but did you have any luck extracting the save from the bootleg pokemon? I have the same problem right now and would be glad if I could extract the save from my game.

Unfortunately no. Seems like it's unknown how to extract it.
