Homebrew 3DS banwave today is a big fat HOAX

Just got back from work and first thing I did was boot up my 3DS to go to eshop. And what do you freaking know, I got in successfully. So it's either those guys are a bunch of big fat liars or they did something so stupid that no one with a brain would even think of doing to get themselves banned.

I can post pics if you want but im blurring my ign just in case if someone on here works for nintendo

Oh and no one on 3dsshacks has even made a thread regarding this banwave so its freaking fake lol
