Yes i think. There is no update nag on the game sooo i guess. Im using sysnand luma3ds (sorry if i get mixed up im new to 3ds modding) i have game patching enabled in luma settings, latest hourly too

Then something's wrong with your setup, because I just confirmed that it worked on my system (n3DS a9lh+Luma3DS v7.0.5, 11.3). code.ips in SD:/luma/titles/0004000000164800 and "Enable game patching" is enabled.
It shouldn't matter. It's all about file placement and making sure Luma is up to date.
Its litterally just hanging on a black screen when i open pkmn sun after nintendo 3ds logo...

I didn't know they made an MSU cart for the Genesis.... I knew about the SNES one and the library for that is rather large but the Genesis one has very few games+1
