Do you not know how to use google? Typing in "otherapp.bin" shows the website as the first result

Yes i whent to the site and filled in the stuff got the file renamed it didnt work so just wonderd if the was a different version.

No, there is no different version, and the payload does not go on the root, it goes in the hblauncher folder
