So my gf's brothers updated my n3ds to 11.4 I guess by mistake but ever since then it's been constantly freezing up to the point where it doesn't even boot up when I turn it on unless if I hold select and go to the luma3ds configuration. But every game I play or anything it just freezes and idk what to do anymore how do I downgrade if it doesn't even boot up or do I need to get a new 3ds? Like at this point I feel like it's not usable anymore since it's been on 11.4

Ive been trying to figure out how to find or use a nand backup and how do I update luma since it doesn't even boot up?
You would have had to make a nand backup before now, so if you have not then too late for that unfortunately. To update Luma you will have to do it manually since you can't boot. Download the latest files, and copy to your sd card.

It sounds like you already had A9LH set up, perhaps you should try updating it, as well as your Luma3DS payload.

Do you have your OTP.bin file? (It MUST be the one generated from your console, using someone else's will cause a BRICK!) If so, follow the directions under "Updating A9LH" on 3ds.guide. If you have the right files on your microSD card, you should be able to boot the SafeA9LHInstaller by holding down when you turn the power on.

Check this thread, https://gbatemp.net/threads/question-about-otp-bin.457402/
Looks like you dont really need it unless you one day needed to do a fresh a9lh install on the same 3ds, say if you sent your 3DS to Ninty or something thus having to remove a9lh first. You could then use the otp.bin to install a9lh again without having to downgrade to 2.1 firmware first to obtain it. Since you already have a9lh, don't need it for this purpose.

You updated Luma, but did you update A9LH?

Are you using Sysnand or Emunand? It may be your SD card, especially if you're using emunand.

If not, who knows, maybe it's just a faulty 3DS?

@K3Nv2 Snow Day is pretty fun. My only bitch would be the camera controls, when you move around, say down, you have to move the right stick left or right to get camera to turn and get your view, other than that I like it so far.

I just been playing offline, and they give you a few bots here n there on your team to help battle. I don't think it's as funny as the other games tho, more battle oriented than humor, which kinda sucks, but I'm still early in it
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@BigOnYa, doesnt the game have a campaign mode?
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea, and co-op, but you can also start a pvp session and battle just with friends. You get special skill cards (powers) the more you play. And higher value cards, but you can only enable so many cards at a time.

Toilet paper is considered the money, you collect and buy stuff with TP, kinda funny. Graphics are def better than the other games tho, I think they used Unity 5 engine.

Likely because black and white TV was in-expensive.

How much did a 1965 color TV cost?

For example, a 21-inch (diagonal) GE color television in 1965 had an advertised price of $499, which is equal to $4,724 in today's dollars, according to the federal government's inflation calculator.
