Yes I do :0 what do I do next?
I have x_decrypt9WIP
y_EmuNAND9
GodMode9
down_safea9lhinstaller
https://3ds.guide/9.2.0-ctrtransfer

Do that to CTRTransfer to 9.2, then update to 11.4

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Can't on 11.4

This proves that you're wrong

Ok good. Well first try what Tenshi_Okami said, try doing the CTRtransfer to 9.2 and then update again. It is possible the update did not go through right.

What I was going to suggest also is to load emunand9 from the chain loader and then format a different sd card in emunand. Just go to sd format options, press select first to unmount current sd, insert new and press b, then select format sd, and choose without emunand. Then after transfer your Luma and a9lh files to the new sd from your PC, and see if you can boot. If you can this means it is a faulty sd. Here are the files you need for Luma/a9lh.

So I did the whole CTR things and reupdated but I still get the whole crash thing "Dump file created" bullshit, either that or the screen goes black, Should I try a new sd card?

IF the new sd card does the same thing, I'm wondering..how did your 3DS work on 9.2? I'm assuming no errors etc. since you were able to update. You may want to think about doing a downgrade to 11.3, since it would mean 11.4 is the problem for some reason on your console and 11.3 worked fine I am guessing.

They were talking about it here, http://gbatemp.net/threads/3down-ctrnand-downgrade-to-11-3.467877/

If all else fails, you can also try reaching out for help here, the official Luma thread, http://gbatemp.net/threads/luma3ds-noob-proof-3ds-custom-firmware.411110/
