Wouldn't the compatibility be the same as standard 6.61 POPS?

It is, yet there are some games that require older pops versions to work, like it was in the PSP days, which you used Popsloader to load a specific version on boot. Adrenaline does not support Popsloader.

Correct, which is why I said no DW7 for me...

I think it would be faster to make a list of games not working.

Resident Evil 2 and Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (PSN versions) both work just fine BTW.

People should start listing games that require an earlier version of POPS such as Dragon Warrior VII (invisible text, requires 3.52)

Resident Evil 2 non dualshock version doesn't work. dualshock version does.
I'll give dragon warrior VII a go actually. You never know. Unless you've tried so already?

That doesn't happen to me, I just checked all my PS1 games (FF7, Armored Core 1 and 2, Driver 1 and 2, and Tomba) and all my settings changes stick.

What base game are you using? I know there are occasional compatibility issues with different base games.

Hey, you got Armored Core Project Phantasma to play? Because so far even the eboots i've made myself with PSX2PSP and PSGUI refuse to work.

Another notable issue is with Chrono Cross using the default 6.61 POPS. It crashes during a few boss battles like the Dwarf Chieftain in the Hydra Marshes and Lynx in Fort Dragonia... I've found that using a custom eboot with 6.60 POPS fixes these crashes. This is the same behavior on actual PSP as well...

It's because the Vita has a higher resolution than the PSP. Basically what's happening is PS1 games are being upscaled to the original PSP resolution (which looks fine on a normal PSP), and then that image is being upscaled to the Vita's resolution.

Continuing...(After PSP and PS1 Games Confirmed Working with PSP's Emulator on PSTV)
(preparing to run vita backups on Adrenaline v3)
1. Install "VitaRW", then run "VitaRW" from "vitashell"
2. Install "Antiblacklist 1.1" from "vitashell"
3. Run "VitaRW", when the program pauses, shrink the window with the PS BUTTON then press it again to make the window the normal size, then it will finish
4. Run "Antiblacklist 1.1", press X and then press 0 to install v1 and v2 patches

Antiblacklist 1.1 will show the following instructions when you are finished:
Power off your PSVITA TV system.
Eject memory card.
Power on console and wait database refreshing.
Power off your PSVITA TV system.
Reinsert memory card.
Power on your console.

Okay, so I powered off, then I removed my 64 Gig Memory Card, then I powered on the Unit and it said "Database Refreshing", after that, powered off again, and reinserted the memory card.

I guess all I need to do now is Install Mai Dump, and then FTP the Game Back files where Mai can find them and then run Mai Dump to install the game (then going back to FTP to add any missing files or fixes in the right places). (World of Final Fantasy, should work now, including the 1.02 Update and DLC, I'll just report back, because I have to dump my legal copy and stuff, this easy compared to the first half, a few pages back, and that was not too difficult) (Everything still works, Henkaku and the Offline Installer and stuff after messing with the database to install the antiblacklist 1.1, back in a few)

Continuing...(Installing World of Final Fantasy 1.02 + DLC)
Installed MaiDumpTool_V233.2zEx_eng.vpk (Current English Translated Version)

1. "ux0:mai/" (browse to this folder from your FTP program on your pc, I'm using FlashXP)
2. "PCSE00880", "PCSE00880_patch", "PCSE00880_addc", folders go into "ux0:mai/"
3. Open, "Miadump" and choose "Install game from folder"
(FTP using "vitashell", "Molecular Shell" didn't transfer all the files)
4. Install the update patch, use the option "Install patch from folder" > PCSE00880_patch
5. Install the DLC, "Install DLC from folder" > PCSE00880_addc
6. Select "Switch Game Loading", and SELECT, "6. 2z2 Mode 5 Loading
7. Exit "Mia Dump", you can start the game using its own bubble

World of Final Fantasy Worked on 3.60! (Purchased this Game, "Day One Edition", a few weeks after release, and had to return it, since square enix promised pstv compatibility, not must me thousands of loyal fans, but since I lost the reciept I had to take a loss, anyway, works great!) (forget what else I wanted to try, so I may be back)
