Hacking Should i buy now a used PS4 now?

Hello,
i can buy a used console.
My main concern is to use homebrew and it seems with the new kernel access exploit, this could be happen.

What do you think? should i buy now or is it a waste of time?

Waste of time, we have had kernel and userland for years now and nothing came of it.

Yes, even ps4 pro. The system is locked down, and Sony is actually smart about updates that kill homebrew.

As such there are very few consoles with fw that have working exploits - and there's no real reason to get it working either except piracy. But there are so few exclusives that people care about, that piracy is not going to motivate anyone enough to actually put forth the effort to get it working.
