Around how many hours in is that? Also, how would stable luma users be able to use the patch? Step by step

1. Use a program (such as the HackingToolkit by Asia81) extract the files from the SoV CIA. If asked to decompress the code.bin, do so.
2. Find the code.bin in the ExtractedExeFS folder.
3. Download the patch that I linked earlier. Extract the saltysd folder to the root of your SD card.
4. Find the ips patch in luma/titles/<SoV title ID>/. Use that ips patch the code.bin. You'll need to patch it with LunarIPS or another patching program that can use .ips files.
5. Place your now patched code.bin in luma/code_sections. Rename it to SoV's title ID.bin.
6. Open your Luma settings and enable "Enable region/language emu. and ext. .code" and "Patch svc/arm9 access".
7. ???
8. Profit.

If you follow what I said above, it will only patch Echoes. Nothing else will be affected unless you have patches for those games as well.

I'm just leaving communication off the whole time I have it installed till launch day, I'm not gona risk my only system like that XD haven't gone past the main menu but even from the main menu music and the intro cinimatic this seems like it will be freaking awesome, I'm just gona hold out till I can buy/download it in english from the eshop or if an enlish version leaks in which case I'll still buy it

do you have luma updater installed? it should say what you have and you can of course update through it

Just don't go online in game. Nintendo can't do shit unless you actively go online in game.

Yah, people will inevitably try to get bonus items/maps as well as online battle if they have it. Prepare for people to ask what they can do to unban themselves. I'm just waiting for the English version to leak. Still waiting on special edition preorders to open for me.

I'm still waiting for mine for Pokemon Moon.
Anyway, like jt_1258, I had(and I have) my connection off, and nothing happened. Although I think people who got banned for Pokemon Moon was people who actually went online in-game. And people are playing it because they want to see the new stuff and see this gorgeous game(It really is, the arts and model for FE15 are insane).
Playing it and seeing the changes from Gaiden and the last two releases are such a cool experience and usually you want to spoil it for yourself instead of other people spoiling it to you.

You can only install the game with custom firmware, which it sounds like you don't have.

Seriously. Patience people, patience. Hell, as much as I want to play this, I'm not even bothering with this version since I don't understand Japanese. But if I did, I certainly wouldn't go online with it until the official release.
