Hacking Can't update after failed CFW attempt

I tried hacking my sister's 3DS because she asked me to. Using this guide (http://extranullbyte.com/11-2-cfw-for-o3ds-and-n3ds-no-hardmod/) I made an awful mistake by rushing and did not back up the version. When I had to restore, (step 8) it gave me an error so I followed the linked tutorial. I tried to inject the FBI with that but didn't work and broke the H&S software. I went to update the system as instruced but it gave me an error. Now I can't update, and my sister, who is 9, can't play Yo-Kai Watch 2 without the update and I feel awful. How can I get the 11.2.0 version back? Is there a way via the internet where I can install through the SD card?

Edit: Okay, so I was relieved when the update started working. Then, at about 65% it
stopped and still said an error occurred. They're not doing maitenance right now, so it has to be the broken Health and Safety.

Sooooo, I really recommend using https://3ds.guide/
Using other guides can really screw things up if either its worded different, or leaves steps out. You can do a ctr transfer back to 9.2.0. You installed A9LH correct? I hope this is a O3DS and not a N3DS. Because updating it will brick it, and also closing the lid while its on will brick it.
FYI Doing a ctr transfer to 9.2.0 will result in you losing saves and installed games..

That's the thing: it's already on 9.2.0 and I want it back to 11.2.0, and yes, it is an O3DS.

If you're already running CFW, then the only problem you're having is being unable to properly install FBI.
You can't just inject it again, can you?

Could use FBI via hbl then install FBI CIA via FBI hbl app

The only problem with this is that I failed to backup the 11.2 version when downgrading so I never completed putting the CFW on her 3DS.

Well Im pretty sure you can just get the health and saftey app from NUS. Does it give you anything else other than a "Error has occurred'? like an error code?

Have a look at 3Down - you can CTR transfer to 11.3, so no need to worry about official system updates.
