Could anyone perchance get the graphics pack + water fix working? Doesn't work for me.

Yeah i gave up on it, fixed the main menu but i still have issues in the levels where water shows, you see it flicker from water to invisible and other issues

Create text file and copy the text from the 6 source files from the site to preserve formatting - don't just right click and download the source files. Place them alongside the rules.txt and boom perfect high-res gfx!

1.7.4 is the first version that runs Yoshi's Woolly World for me (Phenom II [email protected] and HD5770). In earlier versions, it crashed right after the green controller screen. It works nice, the only issue I see is that some parts of the enemies are transparent.
But Zelda BOTW is like this, LOL:

@StripTheSoul, yip runs super slow for me too but i think thats the new version of cemu, i ran 4k at 60fps before but now im under 20fps at 4k, even without the water fix (that doesnt work right for me)

I dont think it works for everyone, my main menu works with perfect water etc but levels ingame are broken that have water but the game runs slow

You've misunderstood frame limiting. Your gpu will not render say 150fps and limit it down to 60. If you set frame limiting or vsync it will render only the required 60fps.

BotW has an internal vsync that caps the game to 30fps. If it can't maintain 30fps then it drops it to 15fps to give a smooth 15 vs an inconsistent 18 to 28. The current hack removes this internal vsync. This works great outside. Getting roughly 26fps on average is a lot better than getting 15 at least on pc. Maybe sitting 10 feet away from your hdtv nintendo is right? The problem is that now the game has no fps limit so you go inside a shrine and all of a sudden your at 60fps which makes the game run twice as fast as intended. Since everything is twice as fast it's far less playable and starts to desync the audio and video if you do it for a while.


The reason people are recommending using RivaTuner is because there is no other way to limit the game back to 30fps. Maybe running your monitor at 30 hz if it allows it? But this external vsync method is allowing the game to run up to 30fps. In contrast the games default vsync runs the game @30fps until it can't and then drop down to 15fps.

hmmm NES REMIX PACK USA is still only 30fps for me even at 360p not that the native resolution should be that taxing anyway,

I can get the game running faster with cheat engine speedhack but it weirdly
says 15fps when it's running at 60fps.

So tried v174 with INI, hook and cache file, beginning of game 15fps or so.

Tried v174c no tweaks but with cache (which takes about 20 mins to load from ssd) seems to be 18-20fps.

it was something like 2.5K at the moment of 1.7.1 release

BTW it's amazing how BOTW it's working now, performance it's much better almost 30fps all the time (with gpu fence, ver 1.1.1, 19K shaders, etc.)
