As the title says, I think I broke my GBA VC games. Was at work all day and wanted to play my 3ds getting home when out of nowhere today, the games load up and essentially cuts the screen in half. The only thing that I can think triggered it was upgrading to a 128gb SD card but I doubt it, since I just drag and dropped the files and everything seems to not be broken. Any ideas?

If I remember correctly it has to do with the cluster size of the SD card.

So should I probably knock it down to a 32kb cluster? And will I be able to still use the full 128 gigs?
Yes, change the cluster size to 32kb. If that doesn't work, repeatedly pressing home moves the screen pixel line by pixel line. Do that until the screen is lined up.

Yes, you'll have what ever space is supposed to be accessible on a 128GB SD card.
