How do I install this without losing the online multiplayer mode?

Use this to change from normal smash to modded smash. However the download option is slightly broken, so you may want to wait for an update.

The Smash Selector isn't reading the slot 1. I don't know what to do now. I was able to copy all the carpets but the app isn't recognizing nothing

Be sure that it's in the correct format established here. If so, then try restarting the app with start, and relaunching it.

Alright guys, news for USM here. Our friends over at Smash Central and Wut a Soipe are hosting the first ever semi-official USM-eM Tournament! Taking place this Thursday. Depending on the playerbase for this tournament, will decide if the tournaments will be weekly or a one-off.

This is for the public release of Alpha4, and @everyone with a 3DS can join! Unfortunately, the playerbase for the Wii U is too small at the moment, but here's to hoping this will change in our later releases.

Trying this ATM but I still can't figured out why players wanna turn the new Smash game into Melee.
Brawl is not Melee.
Smash 4 is not Melee.
Both of these games are NOT broken, if you want a hard core dedicated fighting game, just get Street Fighter or Mortal Kombat.

Savage much? Projects like this keep the Smash games diversified. It's not like Project M was exactly Melee, just Inspired.

Love your mod but had to turn it off because I wouldn't be able to play online with it so I have a question.
If you play against someone who also has your mod activated, can you play online?

Well, project M took some time to work with online.
And it's easier to implement it on local multiplayer than online multiplayer

Since it's been a while from the last post, I guess I might as well make a post here.
Just to verify, the project is still very much alive.
In fact, the new release will come out Soon TM. It would have released earlier if it wasn't for Irma.

Heh, yeah. The team were puting in some major ground work to rework the game's engine. Now they plan on making monthly updates (or at least try to) to the mod adding more individually changed characters to the game
