Hacking Downloaded update? NO problem

For some odd reason I guess the switch doesn't retain updates after you shutdown the system... I mean downloaded updates not installed ones.

video is uploading. And your more than welcome to try this yourself. Don't install the update. but let it download. and once you got the update nag. Shut off your console. not sleep mode. it has to be power off via holding the power button for 3 seconds.

You can't block the domain with port number in some routers. But i guess only blocking the domain is also enough.

How is this good news ? In the future if we have cfw .. and we need switch to reboot into whatever mode. Would we be able to install/update.. without having to be a (live update) straight from whatever server ninty has. Curious about this.
