Confused about updating nintendo switch

Hey guys,
Suppose I have a switch on some firmware and i update it using ofw and connecting to internet, the fuse will get updated. After this I have to delete atmosphere, bootloader and config folders and copy paste the updated ones.

Will this be enought to get the emummc to work because i thought booting to emummc doesn't check the fuses.

Emunand is seperated from Sysnand/OFW, which Sysnand CFW and OFW share the same nand. Don't use Nintendo server to update your emunand, source your firmware online and use daybreak to update your CFW, in term of guide follow this.
