for some reason my computer cannot pair both joycons to the pc. i can only connect 1. does anyone know why?

Can you normally pair 2 bluetooth devices at once? like a headset and mouse together?
Try updating your bluetooth drivers
i ended up using a bluetooth dongle instead and both joycons connect now. so it was my pc built in bluetooth acting stupid.
