Wow more this bug is still here I hope this is solved once and for all in 1.7.4 since it will be focused on graphical improvements and with this will be solved many bugs.

It's a well known issue and IS to do with the DRM. Hyper-V has no business interfering in that, but it does.
If it IS a DRM issue then it's not Hyper-V interfering with it. Not anymore then Daemon Tools interfered with Securom titles back in the day. It's the DRM detecting it installed and saying "Nope. Not going to run here." All because some corporate A-Hole decided it was ok to inconvenience legitimate users in a vein attempt to prevent piracy. The problem with that is the pirates always find a way around it anyway and all you're left with is inconvenienced legitimate users.

Anyway rajkosto released 0.3.1.0 last night with "remove VM check" listed as one of the features and it worked great. Instead of being locked at 15fps most of the time I'm now between 18 and 20fps most of the time with occasional 30fps on my 2500k @ 4.5ghz. I'm guessing that VM check is just part of the H.264 code by default. Probably the same bit of code that prevents blu ray playback.

Hyper-V being a windows feature is probably just easier to detect on the system then programs like vmware or virtualbox. IIRC Hyper-V loads the Hyper visor at windows start whether you are running a VM or not. Likely causing a false positive for programs trying to detect if they are being run in a VM.

Thanks rajkosto. If I can scratch together some funds next month I'll donate a little bit to say thanks.

My testings with Cemuhook 0.3.2.1 (AMD Raedon, i7, Win8.1)

Mario Kart 8: Now it shows the "preview screens" for each mode's button, although some stutterings and frame-drops are happened.
SSB4WiiU: Now the intro cutscene is clearly visible, and the classic mode is about 20fps instead of 1-3fps. But, after one match, the game will freeze in a white screen. 8-player Smash causes the game crashing. Free-for-all plays well.

I did some tests with shaders on SMM and it seems that graphic packs wont help increase 2d textures quality while shaders actually do
Ill put some screenshoot there, but its only fully noticeable when played on cemu in fullscreen
Better version to the right

As i said the change is very good for those who play on high resolution monitors in fullscreen.
Shader settings itself: https://mega.nz/#!e5AS0RCT!543TI6xvxPPJ3u6qyn9vvAOQacH0vLRpo05O99yOfJc
(You need crosire ReShade)

Btw, Did anyone actually try placebo effect on Botw?
Thats just setting the speed of cemu in cheat engine to 0.1
Should smooth out frames

Keep crashing for me on v0.3.2.1 of cemuhook,
I'm running win7 and dual core cpu with hyperthreading and it keeps setting CPU affinity to CPU0 CPU2
v0.3.0.1 worked and hooked without issuse.

Is there some sort of compatibility list for Cemu? I'm trying Half Genie Hero, but the input is acting odd. It keeps flickering between having hit up and down every frame or so, making the game completely unplayable. I'm pretty sure that the issue isn't my controller, because Mario Kart had worked just fine earlier today, and when trying to play Shantae, I tried two different controllers with the same results.

By the way, in case anybody's interested, I got the update working for New Super Mario Bros U. I just used the version that included New Super Luigi Bros, and used the previous version of the emulator. Technically, it's not an update when it's run this way, so it worked just fine.
