Hacking [Help] 2xsra.3ds.guide not loading

whenever i try to go to link in "the guide," it freezes. The screen flickers once but does not change at all. There is no troubleshoot in the guide for this and i am completely lost. It tries to load Arm11.bin but after that it just freezes.
I'm on 2.1.0-4j New 3DS XL

You need to have both arm11.bin and arm9.bin on the SD.

Thats what i figured but i can't seem to find where it tells me that in the guide. I must have missed it or it's not telling me. This is the 10th time ive installed a9lh and i have never had this problem. Where do i get the two bin files?

...................How did i miss that. Oh man i feel like an idiot. I was using the download from the update section of the guide. I thought they were the same thing.... Well, Thanks. I don't even know what to say. XD
