I had no problems playing gamecube games with nintendon't (with FAT32, but when I put a wii game in the "games" folder, it does not show up. If I use other loaders, they do not work at all.

When I did it with USB Loader GX, I got the error: No WBFS or FAT/NTFS/EXT Partition Found. I format it with USBloader to exFAT, and then I get the error "Partition not found" and nintendon't no longer recognizes any games on my HDD.

I have no clue what is happening. Why wouldn't wii games play if gamecube doesn't? I have no idea whether or not loaders besides nintendon't worked for gamecube games or not, but how can I be able to load gamecube games through nintendon't AND play wii games? Nintendon't is important for the cheat codes.

You dont put the wii games on the "games" folder you put them on "Wbfs"

EDIT: they should be on Wbfs format
something like this
Wii games: Wbfs/Gamename[Gameid]/Gameid.wbfs
Gamecube games: games/Gamename [gameid]/"game".iso

the size of the wbfs are a lot lighter than isos

I think i use an app named "Iso to Wbfs" but i normally download them on wbfs format since they are lighter
NSMB iso size is 4gb
NSMB wbfs size is like 300mb

Okay, so when you mentioned what the folder structure should be, the folder below /games/, for say, ssbm, should be "GALE01"?

something like this
D:/Wbfs/Super Smash Bros. Brawl [RSBE01]/RSBE01.wbfs
D:/Wbfs/Mario Kart Wii [RMCE01]/RMCE01.wbfs

D:/Wbfs/Mario Kart Wii [RMCE01]/RMCE01.wbfs
My file structure on the USB drive is:

D:\Wbfs\Mario Kart Wii [RMCE01]\RMCE01.wbfs

USB loader GX is not recognizing it, and the other loaders don't work either. It doesn't recognize my gamecube games either, although I did not yet change their structure. It's also worth stating that the wbfs file is 2.77 gb, not around 400 mb like you said. I used a converter.

Nintendon't no longer recognizes my HDD after USB Loader GX formatted it, and neither the gamecube nor the wii games are recognized by USB Loader GX. Will someone help me determine what the issue is? I could format the HDD again on my computer, but I would not be able to play wii games on USB Loader GX or any other Wii loader, which would mean I'd be back from the very beginning.

USB Loader GX does not format drives.
I got the error "No WBFS or FAT/NTFS/EXT Partition Found" in USB Loader GX, then I created a partition, I think, since it prompted me to do so. It was something done in USB Loader GX, but then I got "Partition not found". Afterward, Nintendon't didn't recognize my HDD, so it did something to my HDD or files. I have no idea what a partition is, btw.

You may have partitioned it as a WBFS drive, then. Nintendont and homebrew won't be able to read it.

Hard drives can have multiple partitions, each can have a different file system.

You don't need to worry about that though, download this and use it to format your USB drive.

So since it shouldn't be WBFS, what should the file structure be instead of:

Wbfs\Mario Kart Wii [RMCE01]\RMCE01.wbfs

I'm assuming I just use the ISO now, and not wbfs?

Thanks, I formatted my drive to be FAT32. Hopefully now things work better.
