Homebrew Can I downgrade from 11.3?

My 3DS version is 11.3.0-36U. It does not have CFW, but I do have the Homebrew Launcher installed on it via SoundHax. Is it possible to downgrade to 3DS (and if possible, safety) in order to get CFW?

Sighax requires an arm9 exploit still to actually install. Your best bet is it wait for an arm9 exploit and arm11 exploit to run it.

How would it be risky since if you have a hardmod you can just make a full backup before trying to install the hacked FIRM. Of course, that is assuming boot9 only has to be dumped once and is not system specific like OTP is.

Without an ARM9 exploit you won't be anywhere close to cfw.
Just sell your console and buy a new one on 11.2 or below

Nice Idea but i have a n3ds and i want another 3ds on 11.2 and i founf one but the seller wants to swap my N3DS for his pink used O3DS. is it a fair deal? Cause i can try to install a cfw on the o3ds but never did this before and therefore it is pink...

I don't think it is a fair deal. You should buy one from a store most (if not all) should still be on 11.2
