it has a microcontroller. The only thing it does, it stores the data on a chip and the microcontroller sends the data via burst mode if it gets energy from the nfc. It "emulate" a nfc tag.

New to the forum and searched every where with different sites and different techniques, but I always get an error or corrpted file. Can someone expalin what I am doing wrong. I've tried the T**mo app and get 'Error: Error while writing main data (stage 1) java.io.IOException: Transceive failed' while trying to write the bin file; I've tried P**werS**er and restore the downloaded bin file and it gets corrupted. I don't know what to do. I want to just put the 20 heart Wolf L*nk on my recently purchased am**bo. Am i supposed to use the powert@g instead but if i do then can i change that at any time changing it to a new bin file? I greatly appreciate any and all help I've been at this for 3+ hrs.

Haha man, I'm doing this the complicated way by using an Arduino and an NFC Shield. Would be cool if there was a tool you could just feed the .bin and your blank tag's UID and get the new .bin for your tag

Flashing a BIN to an NFC is like applying a tattoo to your skin. Once that is done, you can't erase it because it gets "locked" on the chip.

Got my Cards today and flashed them with a Samsung Galaxy S7 and TagMo 2.3.2

Hey guys, I recently got a Wolf Link. Is there anyway to write a save or edit the information on it directly to give it 20 hearts etc or would I need to look into buying blank cards and "making my own"? If I can do it with my actual physical amiibo what would I need for it?

Ntag215 has 504 bytes of space and amiibo.bin do 540 bytes, it's normal ?

These are not Inkjet cards, they require a special printer. But you could always use sticker/label paper and print on that, stick it to these and then seal it with fixitive.

Hey all, I'm very new to this and not very experienced with computers. I've read through all 38 pages and honestly I've only become more and more confused.

So what I know:
You have to use Ntag215
People are able to create amiibos

I went out and purchased the powersaves that comes with a power tag puck. I was able to use some I dl from NFC bank on there.

My main question is: can I purchase any sort of ntag215 w the correct storage and ghz and do the same thing I did w the power tag?
