Gaming Going into PSN store. Black Screen

Hello.

I have a problem. When I want to ener the PSN store, I end up with a black screen and have to hard-turn off the PS3, the switch on the back. I tried TV settings, no luck.
The console is and was never modded in any way.
Before trying to enter the PSN store, it updated to 4.81.

Why do I get a black screen?

You might try uninstalling then reinstalling the psn store.

Restart the console,worst case scenario,you'll have to reset your PS3.

It,s with every application. I Tried YouTube and Twitch. Also black screen. So it,s not the PSN store. Even after resetting the PS3, black screen still happened on PSN store even after redownloading it because it said so.
What to do now?

Hate to say it,but you might have to factory reset

Actually,before that reset your settings by holding the power button to turn it on. Keep holding it until you hear 3 beeps and remove your finger. It should work.

Also I can,t test a game becuse disc drive died long time ago.
