Homebrew The best Snes emulator atm?

Hello can somebody tell me which emulator of snes is the best atm and which have adjuctable resolution or fullscreen option. I heard something about injecting roms to emulator to have unique icon of the game but i cant find it.

for example, but not entirely: "Best SNES emu for N3DS?", "GB, GBC, GBA, NES, SNES etc. Emulators for O3ds and ONLY for Old 3DS", "Best SNES emulator for new 3DS?", and "Best SNES emulator for CFW N3DS?".

in my opinion, for old 3ds, use libretro pocketsnes or snes9x. for new 3ds, use libretro catsfc (or just custom virtual console). libretro can be found here. you have to use a certain stable version there to not see some screen tearing though.

There are better devices out there to play your favorite snes games on. An android device for example. Better framerate. Guaranteed fullspeed performacance even without enabling frameskipping. Better visuals. Richer and more vibrant colors. Sharper images. It's night and day.

And stupidly worse controls unless you get an additional controller.
